The following questionnaire seeks to understand your previous knowledge about some of the concepts that we will learn in class during the coming term.\

1. Do you know any programming languages? If you do, which ones?\
Yes, Max.\

2. What is your primary computer operating system?\
IOS.\

3. Do you own a smartphone, table, or mobile device? If you do, what model and OS?\
I own an iPhone 8 IOS 12.3.1.\

4. Do you use any social networking services? If you do, which ones? Why?\
I use LinkedIn (to connect with business professionals in my field), Instagram (to build relationships\
with art blogs with mine)\

5. Expand the following acronyms and do research about their meaning. You may look them up if you don't know:\

	HTTP : Hypertext Transfer Protocol\
It is a protocol request between web clients usually being browsers and servers being computers in the cloud.\

It is an architectural style making systems on the web communicate more efficiently with each other without\
necessarily knowing what state the client is in.\

        API  : Application program interface\
Used mainly as protocols that access the tools in order to build software applications. \

6. Do you play a musical instrument or sing? If so, how proficient are you?\
I am a pianist (advanced), a beginner bass guitar player, and a beginner ukulele player.\

7. Can you read music notation? If so, how well?\
Yes, I can read music notation, however face difficulties sometimes due to the lack of practice.\

8. How large is your personal music collection? Estimate the number of artists, albums, and songs. If instead you listen to music using streaming services, how many playlists, artists, albums,\
and songs do you have in your account?\
I use Spotify as my streaming service on top of my personal vinyl/cd/cassette/digital files. In my Spotify account there are around 18 playlists, around 500 artists, 600 albums, and around\
5000 songs. In my personal collection, I have around 50 artists, 52 albums, and around 1000 songs.    \

9. How do you search and find new music?\
Usually through word of mouth, but mostly through the "discover" option in Spotify.\
\
10. Implement a script in your favorite programming language that takes numbers as its input until it receives the command "done." When it reads "done," print out the average of all the numbers\
that were input.\
\
If you don't know a programming language, write out all the steps you would need to accomplish the same task.\
\
Example: if we were writing a piece of software that took ingredients of a recipe and then, when it received the word "end" it printed the ingredients out, our steps might look like this:\
